1. Within warranty period the manufacturer warrants proper operation of the product provided appropriate storage and usage conditions are maintained.

2. The warranty applies until depletion of ink or toner.

3. In case of product defects preventing proper printer usage the seller warrants to:

            # replace the defected cartridge with a new one, free from defects, or refund purchase price -

               according to the customer’s wishes;

            # refund printer repair cost (regardless of whether it’s still

               under manufacturer’s warranty or not), if the direct failure cause

               is PRYZMAT cartridge installed in the printer.
