PRYZMAT toner cartridges for laser printers

PRYZMAT toner cartridges are equipped with new OPC drums. All damaged and used parts are also replaced. Each ready-to-use PRYZMAT toner cartridge is subjected to quality tests in a printer. Since 2005 we’ve tested the yield of monochrome PRYZMAT toner cartridges according to ISO/IEC 19752 standard.

During recycling process all the cartridges are tightness checked. They are also thoroughly cleaned to remove old ink residues. Cartridges prepared that way are then refilled with ink, checked using electronic testers and tested in printers.

The entire remanufacturing process of PRYZMAT cartridges runs under control of Quality Management System consistent with ISO 9001:2000 standards.
